Tuesday wasn't a great day. A few hours into the day and I started feeling sick and lightheaded again - so struggled through the day and didn't end up going to the gym as planned on the way home from work.
Wednesday was a better day, until I went to pick MasterJ up from school to be met with a LIST of the things he had done wrong during the day. These things included drawing on the table, ripping a display off the wall, throwing cars and other things, walking around with objects in his mouth and flicking a piece of string with cotton reels on and catching another kid in the eye. I keep telling the carer that he NEEDS watching and removing things from him when he does something wrong and he NEEDS to be completely removed from the situation as well. Hopefully things will improve over time.
I went off to hockey training on Weds evening and although a tad chilly it was a good work out! Came home and watched the State of Origin - GO THE MIGHTY MAROONS!!!!
Back to kindy gym on Thursday morning and off to the shops afterwards. Grocery shopping in the afternoon and by the end of the day was feeling pretty crappy again. I did get my shot done for the weekly challenge. This weeks theme is Stained Glass. I had grandeous plans to go up to the city or Freo and hunt down some great stuff for an HDR, but it just isn't going to happen. So I decided to take a different spin on the theme and ended up with this :-D

As the day got later yesterday, MasterJ started complaining that his mouth was sore. This continued this morning after he woke up at 420am....yes 420....AM.......
We went to visit AuntyC, MasterS and BabyW and the boys played quite well together. But by the time we left MasterJ was lounging all over me and acting a bit unwell, he also felt quite warm. He wouldn't go to bed when we got home and turned miserable pretty quickly. I took him off to the DR's, which he was NOT happy about. Turns out he has a throat infection, probably tonsilitis. So instead of food for the rest of the day (he refuses to eat anything) he has been having antibiotics, Nurofen and Panadol. He seemed to perk up a bit before going to bed. Although it is not nice that he is sick, it was nice to have a days repreive of his behaviour. It is not often that he sits still for hours and stays quiet!
